I used Ticketek for a big concert sale and, the queue felt a lot fairer than I expected. It seemed like I was put into a random spot rather than it just rewarding whoever could refresh the fastest, which was a nice change. The wait was still stressful though, and the page didn’t really update much, so I was sitting there wondering if anything was actually happening. But in the end I got through without any problems and managed to sort my tickets, so overall it was a better experience than I was bracing for.

Booked tickets on ticketek.com.au last night. it was fine. Found the event quickly, chose my seats, paid, done. No weird errors or anything. Confirmation email showed up almost straight away too. I thought it might be a hassle, but nope. Worked out smoothly for me.

My first impression was actually good — everything seemed straightforward and easy enough to use. But after a little while, the fees started to stand out more and became annoying. Overall it’s okay, but the extra charges definitely take away from the experience.

I’m always a little cautious about event details because the last thing I want is to show up at the wrong time or venue. Everything listed was accurate, though, the time and location matched perfectly, which made the whole thing stress-free

I had to send my tickets to a mate at the last minute and, to be fair, the actual transfer was much easier than I expected. I logged in, picked the tickets, and sent them over without any real hassle.
They got the email quickly too, which took a lot of stress out of it before the event. The only thing was that when I had a question, it kind of felt like no one was really listening, so that was a bit frustrating. Still, the transfer itself worked well.

The show ended up getting cancelled, though I can’t remember if I found out the day before or earlier that week. Either way, I requested my refund and it came through without any hassle or back-and-forth. Straightforward overall.

I was stressed when I saw I’d been charged twice for the same tickets. I reached out to Ticketek support and it did take a couple of days to hear back, which was a bit frustrating. In the end though, they sorted it out and refunded the extra payment, so I was really relieved. I do wish the response had been quicker, but overall it was handled okay and I got my tickets without any more drama.

I’ve used the Ticketek website and app a few times now, and to be fair, they’ve both worked well for me. The pages loaded without hassle, my tickets showed up in the app right away, and I didn’t run into any random crashes. it made getting into events a lot less stressful than I expected

I ended up with a spare ticket after my mate couldn’t make it, so I tried the resale option on Ticketek. it was easier than I thought it would be, I just listed the ticket and waited to see what happened.
It sold after a couple of days, and I got email updates along the way which was helpful. The only thing was the payment wasn’t instant, but it did come through fine in the end. Has anyone else had the same delay with getting paid?

I had to get in touch with Ticketek because there was an issue with my tickets, and the timing was really frustrating. I was already stressing because the event was coming up, and then it took a couple of days just to get the first reply. They did eventually sort it out, so I’ll give them that, but it wasn’t exactly helpful when I needed reassurance sooner rather than later. Not the worst support I’ve dealt with, but definitely not quick. A few clearer updates while waiting would’ve made the whole thing way less stressful.

I used ticketek.com.au for a concert, the seat availability was actually accurate. I picked the tickets it showed as free, went through the process, and got them without some stupid last-second “sorry, sold out” message wasting my time.
I’m happy with it, mostly because so many other ticket sites make this way harder than it needs to be. If they can show what’s available properly, then there’s really no excuse for the others messing people around.
